1. Choose a Pre-Built Use Case(s) (you)
Select one (or more) of our existing use cases. Shelia excels at multi-tasking and can be configured to work across multiple departments and/or fulfill custom workflows as needed. Have a unique use case? Get in touch!
2. Customize for Your Business (our team)
Shelia comes pre-trained but needs to learn about your business. We’ll connect Shelia to your data sources (price sheets, inventory, knowledgebase articles, etc.) and configure necessary integrations (CRM, Scheduling tools, Messaging Platforms, etc.). We can use our pre-existing integrations or add custom ones for you.
3. Automated Testing & Feedback (our team)
We’ll configure Shelia with a set of rules to follow to ensure high quality performance. We’ll also configure automated tests that will routinely monitor her performance and proactively suggest improvements.
4. Launch! (both)
Let Shelia get to work and watch your team’s productivity soar! Talk directly to Shelia (slack, voice, etc.) and tell her how to improve. She’ll automatically update her instructions and references based on your feedback, and continue learning on the job
